UK launch: become one of the first Fascia Instructors – London, November 2026.Book your place
Last updated: 21 October 2026
These terms apply when you book or buy a course, a webinar place or another service from Fascia Innovation Sweden AB ("Fascia Academy", "we", "us"), on this website or through a booking page we link to. Please read them before you book.
If you buy as a consumer, meaning for purposes outside your trade, business or profession, mandatory consumer law applies and nothing in these terms takes away a right you have under it. If you buy for your business or profession, the consumer rules on withdrawal in section 4 do not apply.
Our courses and events in the United Kingdom are sold to businesses and professionals only. You may book them only for your trade, business or profession, and not as a consumer.
The seller is Fascia Innovation Sweden AB, organisation number 556583-8918, Tingsvägen 17, 191 61 Sollentuna, Sweden, which trades as Fascia Academy. You can reach us at info@fasciaacademy.com. Customers in the United Kingdom can also call +44 7426 799548.
The terms cover our in-person courses, digital courses, webinars and events, and the certificates that go with them. Some courses are taught by independent course leaders. You still buy from us, and these terms apply to your booking.
How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.
Before you pay, the booking page shows what the course is, the date and place (or that it is digital), the price and any other cost. You book by completing the checkout, or by completing the booking form on our site when the course is paid in another way.
Our contract with you is made when your booking is complete and we confirm it by email. For a paid booking, that is when the payment has gone through. For the UK courses, including the UK Instructor Programme, a place is confirmed when your booking and payment are complete.
You must give correct contact details. Our confirmation emails go to the address you gave, so please check your junk mail if you do not get one.
If you buy as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving a reason. For a course or other service, the 14 days run from the day the contract is made, which is the day we confirm your booking. For digital content, they run from the same day.
To withdraw, tell us clearly that you do. You can do it by email to the address in section 17, or by using the model form below (you do not have to). To meet the deadline, it is enough to send the message before the 14 days end.
If you withdraw, we refund everything you paid, using the same payment method, without delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice. We charge nothing for the refund.
If you ask the service to begin during the 14 days. A course that starts inside the 14 days will not begin until you have clearly asked us to let it go ahead. If you then withdraw after it has begun, you pay us an amount in proportion to what has been provided up to the moment you told us, compared with the whole course. You lose the right to withdraw once the course has been fully provided, if you clearly asked for it to begin and acknowledged that you would lose the right.
Digital courses. A digital course gives you access to online material at once. When you buy one as a consumer, the checkout asks you to confirm that you want access to begin straight away and that you understand that you lose your right to withdraw once access has been given. You cannot complete the purchase without that confirmation. Before it, you can still withdraw as described above.
Business customers and UK courses. If you buy for your business or profession, you have no right to withdraw by law. Our UK courses and events are sold to businesses and professionals only, so the right to withdraw in this section does not apply to them. Section 5 explains what we offer instead.
Model withdrawal form (fill it in and send it only if you want to withdraw). To Fascia Innovation Sweden AB, Tingsvägen 17, 191 61 Sollentuna, Sweden, info@fasciaacademy.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following course or service: [name of course and date], ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address, on paper only]. Signature [on paper only]. Date: [date].
This section is our own policy and applies in addition to your statutory rights, which it does not reduce.
We may cancel or move a course if too few people have booked, if the course leader is unable to teach it, or for reasons outside our control. We tell you as soon as we can, by the email address and phone number you gave us.
If we cancel, you can choose a place on another date or a full refund, which we pay to the original payment method without delay and no later than 14 days after your choice. If we move a course and the new date does not suit you, you can have a full refund instead. We are not responsible for travel or accommodation you have booked yourself, unless the law says otherwise.
Our courses are practical. You are responsible for judging whether you are fit to take part in the physical parts, and for telling the course leader beforehand about any injury or condition that matters for them. If you do not want to take part in an exercise, you can say so at any time.
Please follow the course leader's instructions and treat other participants with respect.
Courses are taught for education. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they do not give you any right to practise a regulated health profession. You are responsible for following the laws and professional rules that apply where you work.
Digital courses give you access to course material on the FasciaVibes platform after payment. The access is personal and lasts until further notice, unless the booking page states another period.
Webinars are live. We may change the time or the speaker, and we will tell you if we do. If you register for a webinar, we use your details to send you the link and reminders, and, only if you have agreed, to write to you about our courses.
When you complete a course and meet the requirements for it, we issue a certificate. The certificate has a verification code. Anyone you show it to can check on our verification page that it is genuine. A certificate shows what you have studied with us. It is not a licence or a state-recognised qualification unless it says so.
The UK Instructor Programme is training for people who want to teach our courses in the United Kingdom. It includes Introduction to Fascia, Fascia Base Treatment and the digital Instructor Programme. You book a place and pay at checkout, and the place is confirmed when your payment is complete. We then call you to welcome you to the programme.
Completing the programme does not guarantee any income, any number of students or any particular result. If you go on to teach our courses, the terms of that work are set out in a separate agreement.
All course material, including texts, images, films, methods and names, belongs to us or to our licensors and is protected by copyright and other rights. You may use it for your own learning. You may not copy, sell, share, record or publish it, or use it to teach others, without our written permission.
We carry out our services with reasonable care and skill. We are liable for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit. Consumers keep all their statutory rights.
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for injuries that result from using what you learned in a way that was not taught, or from not following a course leader's instructions.
If something is wrong, tell us at info@fasciaacademy.com as soon as you can. We will reply and try to find a solution with you.
If we cannot agree, a consumer in Sweden can ask the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), www.arn.se (opens in a new tab), to examine the dispute. A consumer elsewhere in the EU can contact the consumer authority or a consumer centre in their country; the European Consumer Centres Network lists them at ecc-net.europa.eu (opens in a new tab). The European Commission's online dispute platform closed on 20 July 2025, so there is no link to it. Consumers in the United Kingdom can find advice from Citizens Advice (opens in a new tab) and the Consumer Helpline on 0808 223 1133.
Swedish law governs these terms and your contract with us. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection that the mandatory rules of the country where you live give you, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country. If you live in England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can bring it in the courts where you live. If you are a business, disputes are decided by the Swedish courts.
We are not responsible for a delay or a failure that results from an event outside our reasonable control, such as illness of a course leader, a power or network failure, severe weather, strikes, an order from a public authority or an epidemic. We will tell you and, if we cannot deliver the course, section 6 applies.
We may update these terms. The terms that apply to you are the ones that were shown when you booked. A change does not affect a booking you have already made.
